Brief Description And Scope Of The Order: The Subject Of Special Position No. 1 Is Provision Of Plane Tickets, Ground Transportation, Medical Insurance And Hotel Accommodation In The Country And Abroad For The Needs Of Feg Antoine De Saint-Exupéry - Plovdiv In Connection With The Implementation Of Project 2026-1-Bg01-Ka121-Sch-000406896 Under The Erasmus+ Program. The Contractor Should Provide An Integrated Logistics Service That Includes: Reservation And Issuance Of Air Tickets For The Carriage Of Passengers And Luggage; Provision Of Transfers: In The Country - From The City Of Plovdiv To Sofia Airport And Back; Abroad: Airport - Place Of Accommodation - Airport (Airport-Hotel-Airport); Provision Of Medical Insurance For Trips Abroad With Assistance Included; Hotel Accommodation In The Country And Abroad; Provision Of Ground Transport (Bus/Train) If Necessary, Including For The Purposes Of Green Travel Under Erasmus+. When Executing The Order, All The Requirements Of The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority (Appendix No. 1 – An Integral Part Of This Documentation) Must Be Observed. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With All Legal Requirements Related To Taxes And Insurance, Environmental Protection, Employment Protection And Working Conditions, Which Are In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Which Are Applicable To The Activities Performed. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of Item Number 1 Will Be Realized, The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To The Documentation For The Public Procurement, The Technical Specification; The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor And The Draft Contract, As Well As In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Position No. 2, Planned As A Separate Position In This Public Procurement With An Estimated Value Of Up To Eur 5,000 Excluding Vat, Will Be Awarded In The Order Of Its Individual Value - Through Direct Negotiation, Since Its Total Value Does Not Exceed The Amount Of Eur 79,998.77 And At The Same Time Its Value Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement.
