Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A New Educational Building Of Ppmg Academic Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov, Located In Upi-Ii - For A School In District 70 According To The Plan Of The Town Of Botevgrad - Stage 2

The Subject Of The Order Covers The Construction Of A New Academic Building Of Ppmg Acad. Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Requirements, The Applicable Standards And An Approved Investment Project In The Technical Phase. The Building Is A Third Category, According To Ordinance No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types, Art. 6, Para. 1, Item 4 Buildings And Facilities For Public Services With A Built-Up Area Of More Than 5,000 Square Meters Or With A Capacity Of 200 To 1,000 Seats, Including For Visitors, According To The Nomenclature Under Appendix No. 2. The Current Public Procurement Excludes The Construction Of A New School Building Directly Connected To The Existing Building And A Warm Connection To The Existing Gym. It Is Planned That The Building Will Be Divided Into Three Parts: A Public Area, A Multi-Purpose Hall And A Study Area (Classrooms And Offices). In The Project Development, Two Stages Of Construction Of The Building Are Defined: Stage 1 Sees The Construction Of A Study Area And A Hot Link Connecting To The Gym. Stage 2 Includes The Construction Of A Public Area And A Multipurpose Hall Connected To The Existing School Building. Existing Status And Removal Activities In Phase 2 Of The Project, Removal Activities Are Planned. At The Present Time, There Is An Existing Building In The School Yard, Which Houses The Gas Boiler That Heats The Existing Buildings. The Building Is A One-Story Structure Made Of Reinforced Concrete And Brick Walls, A Wooden Roof Structure Covered With Tiles. It Is Planned That The Building Will Be Removed And The New Annex Will Be Built In Its Place. The Removal Of The Building Is A Commitment Of The Municipality Of Botevgrad And Is Not The Subject Of The Contract. Information About The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Activities Planned For Implementation, Including Requirements For The Manner And Order Of Their Implementation, Are Contained In The Developed Investment Project, The Technical Specification And The Bill Of Quantities, Representing An Integral Part Of The Documentation For This Public Procurement.
