The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Delivery Through Purchase, Installation And Warranty Maintenance Of Air Conditioners For The Needs Of The Tp Dgs - Plovdiv. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of 2 (Two) Inverter Air Conditioners, Which Must Be New And Unused, As Well As Meet All Standards In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Including In Terms Of Technical Operation, Fire Safety, Safety Standards And Connection To The Electrical Network. The Delivered Item Must Be In Original Packaging With Intact Integrity And Accompanied By A Warranty Card. The Contractor Should Provide Free Warranty Maintenance Of The Delivered Air Conditioners Within A Period Of Not Less Than 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Repair And/Or Replace Defective Equipment And/Or Equipment Or Its Component At His Own Expense Within A Period Of Not More Than 10 Working Days, Counted From The Notification By The Employer Of The Damage That Has Occurred. The Warranty Period Specified By The Contractor Begins To Run From The Date Of Commissioning, I.E. From The Date Of The Installation Protocol. The Description And Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In The Attached Technical Specification - Appendix No. 5 Of The Public Procurement Conditions. The Specified Quantities Are Estimated And The Employer Is Not Obligated To Use Them. Requests Will Be Sent To The Contractor Selected By The Contracting Authority, By E-Mail Or Other Appropriate Means.
