The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Selection Of A Contractor For The Provision Of A Complex Catering Service - Menu Planning, Daily Preparation, Individual Packaging, Labeling, Transportation, Delivery, Unloading And Distribution Of Ready-Made Food For The Main Breakfast For The Students From I To Iv Grades Of Su Lyuben Karavelov - Nessebar For The Academic Year 2026/2027 The Public Procurement Services Are Performed According To The Daily Requests Of The Contracting Authority And In Accordance With The Technical Specification, The Approved Four-Week Menu, The Technical Proposal Of The Appointed Contractor, The Minimum Program For The Implementation Of The Mandatory Environmental Requirements For Catering Services And The Draft Contract, With The Aim Of Ensuring Quality, Healthy And Balanced Nutrition For The Students Of Su Lyuben Karavelov. Breakfast Is Basic And Should Provide 20 Percent Of The Recommended Daily Energy Value For The Relevant Age Group. The Detailed Requirements For The Service, Food, Menu, Packaging, Transport, Distribution, Safety, Quality And Environmental Performance Are Specified In The Technical Specification And Annex No. 1.1 To It. The Estimated Service Volume Is: Estimated Number Of Students – 529; Planned Number Of School Days Attended – 169; Estimated Number Of Basic Snacks – 89,401 Pieces. ​​​​​​​ The Specified Quantities Are Estimated And Do Not Bind The Employer With The Obligation To Claim And Pay Them In Full. Actual Quantities Are Determined By The Number Of Students In Attendance, School Days Attended And Daily Requests. The Contracting Authority Can Reduce Or Increase The Daily Quantities According To The Actual Need, Without Exceeding The Maximum Value Of The Contract.
