The Main Objective Of This Contract Is To Collaborate In A Coordinated Manner In Maintaining The Operational Continuity Of The Road Infrastructure In The Face Of The Forecast Of Adverse Meteorological Events In The Metropolitan Region. This Service Will Act To Complement The Institutional Technical Capacity, Providing Specialized Machinery For Snow And Ice Clearing Tasks. Likewise, The Equipment May Be Required To Support In A Coordinated Manner In Roadway Clearing Tasks Derived From Climatic Contingencies, Such As The Removal Of Sediments, Traffic Or Debris That Temporarily Affect Connectivity. The Contract Also Provides For A Timely Replacement Scheme For Those Fiscal Equipment That Is Temporarily Out Of Service, Thereby Guaranteeing The Protection Of Road Safety, Connectivity And Adequate Compliance With Road Conservation Programs Under The Supervision Of This Regional Directorate.
