Water Distribution And Related Services – Concession De Service Public Deau Potable. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Designate The Future Concessionaire Of The Public Drinking Water Service Of The Syndicat Intercommunal Des Eaux De La Région De Sennecey-Le-Grand, From September 1, 2027. This Procedure Is Carried Out In Application Of The Provisions Of The 3Rd Part Of The Public Order Code Relating To Concession Contracts And Articles L1411-1 Et Seq. And R1411-1 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Territorial Authorities. The Procedure Is An Open Procedure: Candidates Are Informed That They Will Have To Submit Their Application Files And Their Offers Simultaneously. The Application And Offer Files Must Be Sent In Compliance With The Requests Made In The Consultation Regulations.
