The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Creation And Operation Of Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points In The City Of Tychy And The Management Of Municipal Waste Accepted At Pszok From Property Owners In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2028, Including: A) Establishment Of Pszok - From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2026, B) Launch And Operation Of Pszok - 24 Months From January 1 2027. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Opening And Running Three Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (Pszok) Located In The City Of Tychy: 2) Accepting Municipal Waste From Property Owners Located In The City Of Tychy Transferred To Pszok; 3) Management Of Municipal Waste Accepted Into Pszok; 4) Submitting Reports On The Implementation Of The Order. 4. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented: 1) In A Manner Consistent With The Pszok Regulations Constituting Annex No. 1 To Opz; 2) Regardless Of Weather Conditions; 3) Continuously - On The Days And Hours Specified In The Pszok Regulations; 4) Regardless Of Any Difficulties Resulting From Access To The Pszok Premises; 5) In Accordance With Legal Provisions Regarding Waste Collection And Management.
