Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipments (Excl. Glasses) – An Automated High-Throughput Whole-Slide Imaging Platform. Epfl Wishes To Acquire An Automated High-Throughput Whole-Slide Imaging Platform For The Upcourtine (Neurorestore) Laboratory, Faculty Of Life Sciences (Sv), Located At The Geneva Biotech Campus. The System Will Be Dedicated To Quantitative Digital Histology, Multiplexed Fluorescence Microscopy, Spatial Biology And Large-Scale Tissue Analysis In Neuroscience, Regenerative Medicine, Cancer Biology And Related Biomedical Fields. The Equipment Must Enable Automated Bright-Field And Fluorescence Scanning Of Large Series Of Slides, Reproducible Acquisition Of Whole Slides, Multi-Channel Imaging, High-Resolution Acquisition, Robust Image Assembly, Data Export And Simple Use By Trained Researchers. Variants Are Permitted If They Offer Equivalent Or Better Performance While Meeting All Of The Mandatory Functional Requirements Described Below.
