The Project Owner Wishes To Have General Assistance In The Definition And Implementation Of Consultation With The Inhabitants Of The Territory And The Animation Of The Collective Of Community Elected Officials Throughout The Term Of Office. The Assistance Will Focus On The Definition Of Strategies, Modalities, Means Of Different Forms Of Dialogue And Animation And Their Implementation. The First Stage Of The Mission Will Consist Of Proposing An Overall Vision Of The Deployment Of A Consultation/Animation Strategy Of The 4 Main Targets Of The Project - Elected Officials, The Administration, Citizens, Social-Economic Actors. The Service Provider Must Explain The Intentions, Methods, Means And A Medium-Term Agenda. Several Consultation Tools Will Be Available To Deploy The Consultation Strategy: The Audiovisual Survey, The Broad Spectrum Survey Administered By Residents, Public Meetings, Technical Workshops, The Creation And Distribution Of Content On Social Networks, The Creation, Animation And Broadcast Of Debates In Tv Set Format. It Will Be Up To The Service Provider To Mobilize Them According To The Proposed Strategy. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Maximum Amount Is 800,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement
