Tractors – Delivery Of 5 Municipal Mini Tractors. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 5 Pieces Of Brand New Municipal Mini Tractors With Equipment For Winter Maintenance Of Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths As Well As Mowing Green Areas In Urban Spaces. 2. Each Set Includes A Mini Tractor And Compatible Equipment Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz - Annex No. 1 To Swz). All Elements Of The Set Must Be Complete, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Come From Mass Production And Meet The Requirements Of The Order Documents. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Technical, Functional, Documentation, Warranty And Acceptance Requirements Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Opz. 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Any Reservations. The Offered Warranty Period Is Assessed In Accordance With The Criteria Specified In Part Xxi Of The Swz. 5. The Mini Tractor And The Equipment Included In A Given Set Must Be Mutually Compatible And Able To Operate Safely In All Configurations Provided For In The Opz. All 5 Complete Sets Must Be Delivered At The Same Time, Unless The Ordering Party Gives Prior Written Consent To Partial Deliveries. 6. At The Latest Upon Receipt, The Contractor Will Provide Each Mini Tractor With A Certificate Of Conformity (Coc) Or Other Approval Documents Required For Registration And Admission Of The Vehicle To Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. For Interchangeable Equipment, The Contractor Will Provide The Ce Marking, A Declaration Of Conformity Appropriate For The Date Of Marketing, As Well As Operating And Safety Instructions In Polish - Provided That The Obligation To Prepare Them Results From The Regulations Applicable To A Given Product. 7. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Provide Servicing Of The Offered Mini Tractors And Equipment, Performed By A Service Authorized To Carry Out Warranty Repairs Of A Given Product. Own Service, The Manufacturers Service, An Authorized Partner Or A Subcontractor Is Allowed, For Whose Actions And Omissions The Contractor Is Responsible. 8. The Contractor Will Ensure That Diagnostics Or Servicing Activities Begin At The Point Of Use Of The Equipment No Later Than Within 48 Hours On Business Days From The Effective Reporting Of The Failure. 9. The Contractor Confirms, Based On The Warranty And Service Declaration Constituting Part Of The Offer (According To The Template Attached To The Swz), The Acceptance Of Obligations Regarding The Warranty And Service Of Tractors With Equipment.
