The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation Of The Extension Of The S1 Expressway On The Section From Km 549+830.00 To Km 554+570.00. The Above Section Is A Fragment Of The S1 Expressway Connecting The Existing S1 Road From The Pyrzowice Junction To The Brzęczkowice Junction With The Section Of This Road Under Construction From The Kolorowy Ii Junction To Bielsko Biała. The Order Is Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Volumes Iii-V Of The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks, I.E. The Surface Of The Main Route, Including The Production And Installation, And The Execution Of The Remaining Layers Of The Surface Structure Above The Native Soil (Excavation) Or Fill Soil (Embankment), Excluding The Supply Of Materials And Services. With Respect To Key Tasks Reserved For Personal Performance By The Contractor, The Contractor Cannot Rely On The Capabilities Of The Entity Providing Resources, Under The Principles Set Out In Art. 118 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Order To Demonstrate Compliance With The Relevant Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. 4. The Order Referred To Above Is An Order With A Value Exceeding The Equivalent Amount For Construction Works Expressed In Pln, I.E. Eur 20,000,000.
