The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Clarification Requests Addressed Within The Term Provided For In Section I.3 (20 Days) 11 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, In Accordance With Prev. Art. 160 And 161 Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions Open Online Auction, With The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For Four Years.
