The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of One Truck In Accordance With Act No. 360/2022 Coll., On The Support Of Low-Emission Vehicles Through The Awarding Of Public Contracts And Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Act No. 360/2022 Coll.), Consisting Of A Chassis And A Municipal Superstructure Including An Automatic Tipper And A Static Scale (Hereinafter Referred To As Municipal Superstructure), Intended For The Collection Of Waste (Hereafter The Whole Is Also Just Goods Or Vehicle) Including All Required And Mandatory Equipment And Provision Of Complete Service Of The Delivered Unit, I.E. Communal Vehicle Superstructures Including Automatic Tipper And Static Scale And Chassis For The Duration Of The Agreed Warranty Period. A Service Contract Or Service Contracts Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier As Part Of The Performance Of This Public Contract. Their Proposal Will Be Submitted Only By The Selected Supplier Based On The Request Of The Contracting Authority In Accordance With The Procedure According To Article 11.2 Of The Procurement Documentation. Furthermore, The Scope Of Delivery Includes The Provision Of All Services Associated With Holding The Provided Warranty For The Entire Delivered Scope Of Performance Primarily At The Place Of Delivery Of The Vehicle, In Exceptional Cases It Is Possible To Agree On The Provision Of Warranty Service For The Chassis At The Nearest Authorized Service Center.
