The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture With Its Registered Office In Warsaw (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party) By The Contractor With The Right To Use The Software Indicated In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 8.1. To Swz - On A Subscription Basis: 1.1. The Right To Use The Software In Its Current Version, Including All Software Updates, Under The Terms Specified In The Ppu And The General License Terms Of The Software Manufacturer; 1.2. The Possibility Of Using The Support Of The Software Manufacturer Under The Terms Specified In The Ppu And The General License Terms Of The Software Manufacturer. 2. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractors To Offer A Solution Equivalent To The One Indicated In Point 1 Above, I.E. The Contractor Will Deliver, Configure And Launch And Provide The Ordering Party With The Ability To Use The Soar (Security Orchestration, Automation And Response) System, In Accordance With The Detailed Specification Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu-R) Constituting Annex No. 8.2 To The Swz, Under The Conditions Specified In Ppu-R And General License Conditions Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Software. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Ppu Together With The Annexes Constituting Annex No. 8.1 To The Swz, And If An Equivalent Solution Is Offered, On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Ppu-R Together With The Annexes Constituting Annex No. 8.2 To The Swz.
