The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Maintenance And Development Of The Spatial Data Infrastructure Of The Municipality Of Kranj For The Period From 1 December 2026 To 25 November 2030, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Project Task: Maintenance And Development Of The Spatial Data Infrastructure Of The Municipality Of Kranj, Project Task, No. 385-1/2025-Souog-11 Of 8 July 2026, Which Is Available At Https://Www.Enarocanje.Si/. Based On The Common Needs Of The Departments Of The City Administration And In Accordance With The Adopted Strategic Documents, The Municipality Of Kranj Has Established An Integral Spatial Data Platform On Its Own Server Equipment, Which Enables The Storage, Management, Caching And Display Of Spatial Data. The Key Building Blocks Of The Platform Are Installed In The Virtualized Environment: A Single Data Core That Includes Internal Data Of The Municipality Of Kranj And Data From External Providers, A Dedicated Solution For Importing Data From External Providers Into The Data Core, And A Service Level That Enables Data To Be Served To Any Users Via Ogc Online Services Using Security Mechanisms. Dedicated Information Solutions Have Been Developed On Top Of The Platforms Data And Services, Which Draw Data From The Platform, Record It In It, And Are Integrated With Other Systems Of The Municipality Of Kranj. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Ensure The Maintenance Of All Building Blocks Of The Integral Spatial Data Platform And The Existing Dedicated Solutions Based On The Platforms Services, And At The Same Time To Expand The Range Of Municipal Business Processes That Will Be Informationally Supported By Solutions Based On The Platforms Services.
