Education And Training Services – Implementation Of Training Programs For The Clergy And Lay Leaders Of The Church In Basic And Advanced Digital Skills In The Less Developed Regions (Subproject 2) And In The Transition Regions (Subproject 3). The Object Of The Contract Is The Training Of Clerical And Lay Officials Of The First Metropolises Of The Church In Issues And Services Of Digital Governance And Digital Transformation. In Particular, Approximately 4,500 Beneficiaries Will Be Trained, Distributed As Follows: • Implementation Of Training Programs For Clerical And Lay Leaders Of The Church In Basic And Advanced Digital Skills In The Less Developed Regions (3,579 Beneficiaries), In The Context Of Sub-Project 2 • Implementation Of Training Programs For Clerical And Lay Leaders Of The Church In Basic And Advanced Digital Skills In Transition Regions (921 Beneficiaries), In The Context Of Sub-Project 3 The Beneficiaries Are 4500 Clergy And Lay Officials Of The Holy Synod Of The Church Of Greece, The Holy Provincial Synod Of Crete, The Holy Metropolises Of The Church Of Greece, The Church Of Crete, The Dodecanese And The Holy Patriarchal Exarchy Of Patmos, Clerical Specialists Categories, Of Nuns In Holy Monasteries Of The Greek Territory As Well As Those Who Serve In Ecclesiastical Institutions. The Training Action Concerns The Implementation Of Two Targeted Training Programs Lasting 48 Teaching Hours Each, In Horizontal And Professional Knowledge And Skills. The Proposed Actions To Train And Upgrade Digital Skills Will Be Implemented Live And Remotely Through Distance Learning. Specifically, Of The 48 Hours Of Each Program, 8 Hours Will Be In-Person And The Remaining 40 Hours Will Be Through Distance Learning, In The Form Of Synchronous Training Lasting 30 Hours And Asynchronous Training Lasting 10 Hours. The 4,500 Potential Beneficiaries Will Have The Opportunity To Attend Either One Or Both Programs Of 48 Teaching Hours Each. The Maximum Number Of Participants Has Been Determined At 6,750 With The Possibility Of Choosing The Physical Object And, Respectively, The Financial One. In Exceptional Cases And For Reasons Of Geographical Distribution Of The Beneficiaries Or Technical Limitations, The Lifelong Training May Be Replaced By An Equivalent And Equal Time Duration, Modern Distance Education. This Contract Will Be Financed Within The Framework Of The Call For Proposals No. 2762/20-11-2024 (Ada: P45446byg-Il6) For The Submission Of Proposals To The Program Digital Transformation 2021-2027, Special Objective Eso4.7 Lifelong Learning And Career Change, Field Intervention 145 Support For The Development Of Digital Skills, Action 3.1.1 Implementation Of Reskilling - Upskilling Programs For Digital Skills Of General Government Employees, With A Total Budget Of Public Expenditure: One Million Six Hundred And Twenty Thousand Euros (€1,620,000.00) (Not Including The Option) Without Vat.
