For 10 Years), Allowing Entrepreneurs To Register At Any Time For Admission To The System, Provided They Meet These Criteria; • In Accordance With Article 44, §2 Of The Public Contracts Act, All Entrepreneurs That Meet The Selection Criteria Are Admitted To The System, Without Any Limit In Number; For Each Specific Contract, In Accordance With Article 103 Of The Royal Decree On The Award Of Public Contracts, All Admitted Participants (Or Those Within The Relevant Category) Are Obliged To Submit A Tender, Which Ensures Competition; • The System Can Be Divided Into Categories (E.G. Per Type Of Device), Allowing For A Specific Competition To Be Organised Between The Relevant Participants For Each Specific Contract; • Thus, The System Offers Flexibility To Determine The Detailed Technical Specifications And Conditions Of Performance For Each Specific Contract.
