Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipments (Excl. Glasses) – Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of An Isothermal Titration Calorimeter (Itc) For The Needs Of Partner Fhf-Su Under Project Bg16rfpr002-1.014-0001. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Be Referred To In This Documentation As Equipment/It For Brevity. The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Is Carried Out In The Following Stages: 1) Delivery Of An Isothermal Titration Calorimeter (Itc) In The Building Of The Faculty Of Chemistry And Pharmacy Of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. 2) Installation, Adjustment And Commissioning Of The Equipment By Qualified Personnel Of The Participant And Demonstration Of The Requested Parameters. 3) Job Training Conducted By The Participants Qualified Staff Of Specialists Specified By The Contracting Authority. 4) Warranty Service Of The Equipment, Not Less Than 12 Months, Starting From The Date Of The Signed Acceptance-Transmission Protocol For Delivery, Installation And Training For Work. Important: The Deadlines For The Implementation Of The Stages Should Be Taken Into Account With The General Deadline For The Execution Of The Order, Which Cannot Be Longer Than 90 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Sending The Request By The Contracting Party. Note: Under Warranty Service Is Understood The Mandatory Periodic Maintenance Of The Equipment, Which Is Carried Out By The Contractor During The Warranty Period, In Order For The Manufacturers Warranty Liability To Apply. The Detailed Requirements For The Execution Of The Order And The Technical Parameters Of The Equipment Are Indicated In Appendix No. 1 - Technical Specifications, Published On The Buyers Profile To The Electronic File Of This Documentation. Additional Technical Characteristics / Parameters Subject To Assessment And Their Relative Weight In The Complex Assessment Are Indicated In Annex 2
