This Open Procedure, Pursuant To Art. 71 Of Legislative Decree 36/2023, Is Aimed At The Conclusion Of A Contract, With A Single Economic Operator, For The Assignment Of The Supply Of Plastic Thread For The Binding Of Waste Bales Produced Within The Tmb Plants Of Giugliano (Na) And Tufino (Na), For A Duration Of 24 Months. The Activity Consists Of Supplies Of Plastic Wire Reels, Of The Characteristics Of The Service Better Described In The Technical Specifications, Not Predetermined In Number But Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Timing And Needs Of The Contracting Authority.
