The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Brójce Commune And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok), Along With Equipping These Properties With Containers And Bags For Waste Collection. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling And Limiting The Storage Of Municipal Waste, In Accordance With The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733) And The Implementing Acts To This Act, As Well As The Current Waste Management Plan For The Łódź Voivodeship And The Provisions Of Local Law. 3. The Service Must Be Performed In Accordance With Environmental Protection Law And Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With: A) Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 13, 2024 On Detailed Requirements For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 921), B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of December 10 2021 On The Detailed Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 906). 4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Manage The Entire Stream Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The Brójce Commune. Area Of ​​The Commune: 69.1 Km2. The System Covers An Estimated Number Of 2,277 Inhabited Properties (Including 44 Properties Used Periodically) And 6,993 Inhabitants (According To Data Reported To The System). This Number May Change During The Implementation Of The Contract. 5. The Number Of Residents Declared To The System And The Number Of Inhabited Properties May Change During The Order Execution Period. 6. Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Managed From Residential Properties - Approx. 208 Mg Per Month, Which Gives 4,992 Mg. 7. The Amount Of Waste Generated In The Brójce Commune Is Not Dependent On The Ordering Party. The Determined Quantities Are Estimates And May Change During The Execution Of The Order. The Amounts And Types Of Waste Given Should Be Treated As Approximate. The Ordering Party Reserves That, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 433 Points 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Minimum Amount Of Performance By The Parties Is 65% Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Up To A Maximum Of 25% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract. The Description Of The Options Is Included In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 9. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Collection And Management Of Waste From The Selective Waste Collection Point, Including Pharmacies And Pharmacy Outlets.
