The Subject Of This Order Is Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy By A Contractor, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, For Low And Medium Voltage With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Assuming The Costs Of Imbalances For Objects Of The Municipality Of Teteven. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Teteven - Street Lighting, Municipal Buildings, Childrens Facilities And Home Social Patronage, A Center For Public Support, A Day Center For Persons With Disabilities, A Family-Type Accommodation Center, A Community Center For Children And Families Located On The Territory Of The Municipality, Including The Constituent Settlements. The Total Estimated Quantity In Mwh For Low And Medium Voltage For The Term Of The Contract Is 3175.44 Mwh. The Contractor Pays The Contractor Monthly The Value Of The Actual Amounts Of Net Active Electrical Energy For Low And Medium Voltage. The Contracting Authority Has The Right (But Is Not Obliged) To Assign An Option For Additional Assignments, Expressed In Changes To The Objects Specified In The Technical Specification - Addition Of An Object. The Option Can Be Exercised Once Or Multiple Times. The Option Does Not Change The Value Of The Contract. The Option Can Be Applied In Case Of Need For Changes In The Specified Objects In The Technical Specification - Adding An Object. The Assignment Of The Option Is Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Plo, By Signing An Additional Agreement/ Annex To The Contract. The Contracting Authority Has The Right (But Is Not Obliged) To Assign An Option For Additional Assignments, Expressed In Changes To The Objects Specified In The Technical Specification - Addition Of An Object.
