The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is The Appointment Of An External Consultant Responsible For The Provision Of Services Relating To The Assessment Stage Of The Selection Procedure For Senior Managers From The Walloon Region And The French Community. Description Of The Services To Be Performed: These Services Will Be More Precisely The Following: 1° The Pre-Selection Of Candidates Admitted To Participate In The Assessment, Consisting, For Each Job Concerned, Of The Analysis Of The Files Transmitted By The Minister Of The Civil Service And The Establishment Of The List Of Candidates Admitted To Participate In The Assessment (Eight Maximum), According To Their Suitability For The Applicable Job Profile. This Pre-Selection Concerns Applications Which, Upstream, Have Been Judged By The Authority To Be Admissible And Meeting The Conditions For Participation Set Out In The Call For Applications. 2° The Organization And Carrying Out Of Assessments In The Managerial And Leadership Field, Including The Convening Of Admitted Candidates, The Analysis Of Their Skills Using Recognized Assessment Methods, As Well As The Establishment, For Each Candidate, Of A Reasoned Assessment Report.
