It Also Includes Advice On The Possibility Of Concluding Relevant Contracts By The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Requires An Assessment Of The Comprehensive Range Of Services That Are Necessary To Perform All Formal Actions Necessary For The Successful Award Of The Concession, I.E.
