The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is For The Selection Of A Contractor To Provide Prophylactic Medical Examinations And Tests For The Workers In The Tp Of Noi - Burgas. The Type Of Preventive Medical Examinations And Tests Is Determined According To Appendix No. 5 To Art. 8 Of Ordinance No. 3/28.02.1987 On Mandatory Preliminary And Periodic Medical Examinations Of Workers, Art. 9 Of Ordinance No. 7/15.08.2005 On The Minimum Requirements For Ensuring Healthy And Safe Working Conditions When Working With Video Displays And Proposal Of The Occupational Medicine Service. Preventive Medical Examinations Are Carried Out For All Employees According To A Roster (Named List) And A Plan - Schedule Approved By The Contracting Authority, Which At The Time Of Preparation Of The Technical Specification Amounts To An Estimated 150 Employees, Of Which 134 Are Women And 16 Are Men. The Indicated Number Of Persons Is The Maximum Number Of Employees Subject To Preventive Medical Examinations And Tests, And The Employer Does Not Undertake To Indicate The Exact Number Of Employees Who Will Be Examined.
