The Subject Of This Order Is The Construction Of Gates And Gates With A Culvert In The Following Forest Districts: Bukowo, Dąbrówka, Bierdzany, Kadłub Turawski, Rzędów In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Order Includes Two Main Implementation Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Design And Decision-Making Works, Which Consists Of: A) Phase A (Concept) - Development Of The Initial Program And Spatial Concept Along With Obtaining The Employers Written Approval For The Selected Variant; B) Phase B (Design Documentation) - Development Of Complete Design Documentation Based On The Pfu (Including Construction And Detailed Design), Preparation Of Reports And Submission On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Of Complete And Correct Applications For An Environmental Decision (If Required), A Water Permit And A Construction Permit Or Notification Of Works; C) Phase C (Obtaining Formal And Legal Decisions): Proceedings Before The Competent Public Administration Authorities And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Necessary, Valid And Final Decisions And Permits (Including A Water Permit And A Construction Permit / Effective Notification), Enabling The Legal Commencement Of Works. 2) Stage 2 (Construction Works), Which Consists Of: A) Phase A - Execution Of All Construction And Earthworks Based On The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ffu, Construction Law, Water Law, Nature Protection Requirements And Handing Over A Complete, Fully Functional Hydrotechnical Facility To The Ordering Party. B) Phase B - The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With The Final And Final Decision On The Use Permit / Confirmation Of Application (As Appropriate) Issued By The Competent Administrative Authority.
