The Purchasing Organization Plans To Purchase The Repair Works Of Residential Premises (Apartments) Owned By Kaunas City Municipality. In Carrying Out This Public Procurement, The Procuring Organization Intends To Enter Into A Preliminary Purchase Agreement With 3 (Three) (Or Less Than 3 (Three), If Less Than 3 (Three)) Suppliers Are Recognized As The Winning Suppliers, On The Basis Of Which The Main Contracts For The Purchase Of Residential Premises (Apartments) Repair Works Will Be Concluded With The Suppliers Who Concluded This Contract. The Preliminary Contract Will Be Implemented By Partially Resuming The Competition Of Suppliers (The Procedure Of Renewed Competition May Not Be Carried Out In The Event That The Preliminary Contract Has Been Concluded With Only One Supplier And There Is No Need To Purchase The Work Necessary To Perform The Adequate Repair). Specific Requirements And Technical Documentation (Description Of Works, Their Quantities, Locations Of Works, Etc.) For A Specific Main Contract Will Be Provided By The Customer As Needed.
