The Ins Wishes To Develop And Implement The Integrated Information System Including Basic Software (With User Training Included) That Explicitly Ensures The Standardization Of Data Formats And Information Exchange Mechanisms (Eg: Xml/Xsd, Json, Ixbrl Or Equivalent), Functioning As A Unique Platform For Data Collection And Reporting At The Ins Level, As Well As Support For The Automation Of Analysis Processes And The Generation Of Results. The System Will Allow The Controlled Use Of Advanced Data Analysis Mechanisms, Including Learning Algorithms Automatic (Machine Learning), Where They Are Justified By The Functional Requirements, Data Volumes And Statistical Analysis Objectives, Without Affecting The Traceability, Reproducibility And Control Over The Results.
