Moving Service And Letter Mail Service Are Not Included In This Purchase. On Average, Close To 1,800 Different Transport Shipments Leave Istek Every Month. The Object Of The Procurement And The Related Requirements Are Described In Detail In This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Customer Chooses One (1) Supplier With Whom It Will Enter Into A Contract. Only Istekki Oy Must Use The Procurement Contract, And Only Istekki Oy And The Selected Supplier Are Parties To The Resulting Contract. For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Stated That Isteks Customers Are Not Contracting Parties To This Competition Or The Procurement Contract Based On It. The Purchase Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are Estimates, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer
