Industry Specific Software Package – Cafm (Computer Aided Facility Management) For The District’S Properties In The Wetteraukreis (Fb5). The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Introduce A Cloud-Based Cafm Saas Solution Including Usage Rights, Provisioning (Provision), Hosting And Operation, Which Digitally Supports All Relevant Facility Management Processes And Sustainably Improves The Management Of The Properties In The Wetterau District. The Service Provider Provides The Above-Mentioned Services In A Software Solution In German And Using German Communication. The Solution Is Intended To Provide A Modern, Scalable And Future-Proof Platform That Meets The Requirements Of Department 5 And The Entire District Administration. The Cafm Saas Solution Is Intended To Fulfill The Following Goals In Particular: • Central Data Storage And Thus Exclusion Of Data Redundancies, Gaps And Inconsistencies • Support, Automation And Simplification Of Processes (E.G. Maintenance, Contracts, Energy, Cleaning, Operator Obligations) • Uniform And Managed Workflows That Enable The Processing Of Processes In A Structured And Legally Secure Manner • Fast Access To Information Through A Uniform Database • Analysis And Reporting Functions For Operational And Strategic Decisions • Legal Certainty For Operator Obligations And Audit Processes • Cost Reduction Through More Efficient Use Of Space And Resources • Transparency For Investment And Renovation Decisions • Increase And Preservation Of Value Of Structural Objects And Technical Systems • Securing Knowledge And Reducing Dependencies On Individuals • Digitization Of Files • Optimized, Standardized And Managed Workflows • Faster Response Times • Simplified Logging Of Work. The Cafm Saas Solution Must Be Consistently Based On The Standard Processes Of The Gefma Guidelines. The Aim Is To Use The Tried And Tested Facility Management Processes Established In The Market And To Make Them Available For The Wetterau District Instead Of Developing Your Own, Proprietary Process Logic. The Following Applies: • The Business Capabilities To Be Mapped (Space Management, Maintenance, Energy Management, Construction Management, Etc.) Must Correspond To The Gefma Guidelines. • The Application Process Models Should Be Based On The Gefma Standards For Roles, Responsibilities And Operator Obligations. • The Solution Must Demonstrate Certification According To Gefma 444; This Proof Is A Mandatory Requirement For Eligibility For The Award. • The Configuration In The Project Is Based On The Existing Gefma Standard Processes Of The Application; Individual Special Processes Should Only Be Provided Where This Is Technically Necessary And Does Not Affect The Ability To Update. This Is Intended To Ensure That The Wetterau District Receives An Auditable Fm Process Landscape In The Future That Can Be Further Developed In Terms Of Processes And Strategy.
