Furniture (Incl. Office Furniture), Furnishings, Domestic Appliances (Excl. Lighting) And Cleaning Products – Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Office Furniture. Gesundheit Nordhessen Holding Ag Intends To Award A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Office Furniture For A Maximum Period Of Four Years (Including Options). The Call For Proposals Is Carried Out As Part Of An Open Procedure. In This Procedure, Companies Are Asked To Submit An Offer In Accordance With These Tender Documents. The Submitted Offers Will Be Checked And Evaluated. As Part Of The Evaluation To Determine The Most Economical Offers, A Ranking Is Created. A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With The Company In First Place, Which Therefore Has The Most Economical Offers. The Conditions For The Specific Requirement Or The Individual Request Are Set Out In The Framework Agreement (See Tender Documents). An Award Does Not Create Any Direct Performance Or Acceptance Obligations. An Immediate Obligation To Perform Is Established By An Individual Call.
