Environmental Engineering Consultancy Services – Nachhaltigkeitskoordination. The Subject Of The Contract Are Sustainability Coordination Services, Service Phases 1-3 And 5-9, In The Project To Build A New School Campus In Ludwigsfeld In District 24. The Construction Project Includes The Construction Of A New Primary School (6 Classes), With A Cafeteria As An Internal School Meeting Place, A Triple Sports Hall With A Grandstand For Approx. 200 People, Outdoor Sports Areas, A Service Apartment (Technical Property Management) And A Support Center With A Focus On Intellectual Development (16 Classes). The Planning Is Taking Place As Part Of A Settlement Expansion (Urban Development Competition Results 2023 / Development Plan With Green Area Plan No. 2179 In Preparation) Of The Ludwigsfeld Settlement On The Outskirts Of Munich. As Part Of An Already Completed Vgv Procedure For Property Planning Hoai Lph 1-5, A Preliminary Solution Sketch Was Developed, Which Is Currently Being Further Developed As Part Of Lph2. The Undeveloped Area Of The Building Plot Is Approximately 18,819 M² (Approx. 123 M X 153 M). The Construction Project Covers Approximately The Following Areas: Primary School Gfa Approx. 9,406 M2 And Bri Approx. 41,903 M3 Support Center Gfa Approx. 9,005 M2 And Bri Approx. 38,986 M3 Sports Hall Gfa Approx. 3,219 M2 And Bri Approx. 22,797 M3 Canteen Gfa Approx M3 The New Buildings Should Be Partially Or Completely Constructed Using Wood Or Wood Hybrid Construction. The Sustainability Concept Should Include Measures To Achieve The Lowest Energy Standard, Such As Optimization Of The Building Envelope, Summer Heat Protection, Ventilation Concepts And The Supply Of Renewable Energy. In Connection With The Climate Relevance Of Building Materials, The Use Of Renewable Raw Materials As Well As The Gray Energy Used, The Recyclability And The Longevity Of The Building Materials Must Be Taken Into Account. When Dealing With Urban Greenery, Aspects Such As Intensive Green Cover With Large Trees, Green Roofs, Facade Greening, And The Promotion Of Biodiversity On The Property Must Be Taken Into Account, Also With Regard To Climate Adaptation. The Roofs Are To Be Designed As Green Roofs With Extensive And Intensive Green Roofs In Combination With Photovoltaics. In The Spirit Of An Energetic Model District, A Concept For A Climate-Friendly Energy Supply For The New District Has Already Been Developed. This Concept Also Includes The School Property And Provides For The Use Of Wastewater Heat Or The Use Of Decentralized Groundwater-Supplied Heat Pumps. The Aim Is For Building Certification According To The Lnb-Qng Assessment System (Guidelines For Sustainable Building + Quality Seal For Sustainable Buildings) For The Entire Measure.
