School Catering Services – Healthy Meal Services In The Catering Regime, Through The National Healthy Meal Program Regulated By Romanian Government Decision No. 1171/2025 Regarding The Establishment Of The National Healthy Meal Program For 2026. This Purchase Concerns The Start Of The Procedure For Awarding The Contract For The Purchase Of Catering Services Within The Healthy Meal National Program, Program Regulated By Government Decision No. 1171/2025. The Healthy Meal National Program Aims To Support All Childrens Access To Education, By Creating Motivation For Studying, Maintaining Socio-Emotional Balance, Maintaining Well-Being And Offering A Healthy Diet That Supports Learning, According To Art. 1 Paragraph (2) From Government Decision No. 1.171/2025. By Awarding The Contract, The Aim Is To Ensure Daily And Continuous Food Support For The Beneficiaries Of The Program, Under Conditions Of Quality, Food Safety And Compliance With Nutritional Requirements. At The Same Time, The Implementation Of The Contract Contributes To The Achievement Of The Objectives Provided For In Art. 1 Paragraph (3) From Government Decision No. 1.171/2025, Regarding The Formation Of Healthy And Sustainable Eating Habits, The Promotion Of Responsibility Towards The Environment, The Reduction Of Food Waste And The Selective Collection Of Food Waste. The Objective Of The Contract Is To Ensure The Catering Services Necessary For The Implementation Of The National Healthy Meal Program In The Municipality Of Brașov, Through The Preparation, Preparation And Daily Delivery Of Food Packages For The Beneficiaries Of The Program, Under Conditions Of Quality, Food Safety And Compliance With Sanitary And Nutritional Norms. The Implementation Of The Contract Aims To: ⁃ Ensure Equal Access To The Program For All Eligible Beneficiaries; ⁃ Daily Supply Of Food Support During The Entire Period Of Teaching Activities; ⁃ Compliance With The Maximum Value Established By Government Decision No. 1171/2025; ⁃ Efficient And Transparent Use Of Public Funds Allocated To The Program.
