The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Supporting The Scientific And Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute, Hereinafter Referred To As Nask-Pib Or The Ordering Party, In The Preparation And Implementation Of The Osint Ctf Competition In The Jeopardy Formula, Hereinafter Referred To As Ctf Or The Event, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Content Of The Agreement. The Contractors Tasks As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Include: 1) Graphic Design Of The Event, Marketing Materials, And Material Prizes And Gifts For Event Participants 2) Promotion Of The Event In Social Media 3) Organization And Moderation Of A Series Of Open Lectures (Webinars) By Recognized Specialists In The Field Of Osint/Infobrokering As Part Of The Promotion Of The Event 4) Service And Organization Of The Award Ceremony At The Nask-Pib Headquarters At Street Kolska 12 In Warsaw And Catering Services 5) Purchase, Order, Preparation And Shipment Of Promotional Items, Material Prizes And Gifts For Event Participants And Clothing For Competitions 6) Organization And Provision Of Individual Professional Mentoring Conducted By Specialists In The Field Of Osint/Infobrokering For The Winner Of The Event In The Amateur Category 2. The Detailed Scope Of Services Is Specified In The Sopz In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Deadline For Order Completion: 3 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Later Than November 27, 2026 (End). 4. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) No. 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Concerning Restrictive Measures In Connection With Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine (Oj Eu No. L 229 Of 31/07/2014, P. 1), As Amended By Regulations 2022/57 And 2025/2033, Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulation 833/2014, It Is Prohibited To Award Or Continue To Perform A Public Contract For Or With The Participation Of: A) Russian Citizens, Natural Persons Residing In Russia Or Legal Persons, Entities Or Bodies Based In Russia; B) Legal Persons, Entities Or Bodies Whose Ownership Rights, Directly Or Indirectly, Belong To More Than 50% Of The Natural Or Legal Person, Entity Or Body Referred To In Point (A). (A) Or (C) Natural Or Legal Persons, Entities Or Bodies Acting On Behalf Of Or Under The Direction Of A Natural Or Legal Person, Entity Or Body Referred To In Point (A). (A) Or (B), Including Subcontractors, Suppliers Or Entities Whose Capacity Is Relied Upon Within The Meaning Of Directive 2014/24/Eu, Where They Account For More Than 10 % Of The Value Of The Contract. 5. Pursuant To Art. 222 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Informs That The Total Amount It Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order Is: Pln 202,950.00 Gross. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. The Analysis Of The Subject Of The Contract Shows That Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law Does Not Apply. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Any Requirements In The Scope
