Specialist Training Services - Selection Of The Contractor To Carry Out The Task Of Preparing 4 (Four) Ultrasound Training Programs (Together With Training Materials) Meeting The Minimum Standards For A Given Professional Skill Published On The Website Of The Center For Postgraduate Medical Education; Reference Number: Zzp.Zp.412.35.2026. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of The Contractor To Carry Out The Task Of Preparing 4 (Four) Ultrasound Training Programs (Usg) Under The Project No. Fers.01.12-Ip.07-0001/26 Entitled Practical Training In Ultrasound (Usg) For Primary Care Physicians As Part Of Measure Fers.01.12 Postgraduate Education For Doctors, Nurses And Midwives Of The European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, On The Terms Specified In The Swz Content. 2. Method Of Order Execution - As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Following Services: 2.1. Preparation Of 4 Training Programs (On-Site). 2.2. Training Programs Will Be Prepared In The Following Areas Of Ultrasound: • Abdominal Cavity, • Neck Structures (Including Thyroid, Salivary Glands), • Peripheral Lymph Nodes, • Urology, Including Kidney, Bladder And Ureter Diseases. 2.3. The Prepared Programs Will Have To Meet The Minimum Standards For A Given Professional Skill Published On The Website Of The Center For Postgraduate Medical Education. 2.4. Complete Training Materials For Individual Training Courses Will Also Be Prepared, Along With The Required Markings - Logos: The Sign Of The European Funds, The Colors Of The Republic Of Poland, The Sign Of The European Union And The Logo Of The Ministry Of Health. 2.5. Draft Certificates Confirming Completion Of The Training And Evaluation Surveys Will Be Prepared, As Well As Assessments Of Participants Satisfaction With The Training. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Pursuant To Art. 256 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority May Cancel The Contract Award Procedure Well Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers If Circumstances Occur That Make Further Conduct Of The Procedure Unjustified. 5. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Awarded To It. 6. The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz, Opz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
