In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Provisions Of The Design Documentation And This Swz (In Particular The Draft Provisions Of The Contract), It Is Assumed That The Provisions Of The Swz Shall Prevail. Note: Due To The Adopted Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration (Lump Sum), The Bills Of Quantities Have Only An Informative Function And Do Not Constitute The Basis For Calculating The Price By The Contractor.
