The Facility Is Located In A Conservation Protection Zone.1.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Development And Approval Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, Along With A Fee For The Temporary Occupation Of This Lane. Construction And Maintenance Of Access And Detour Roads For The Duration Of The Works And Restoration Of The Area To Its Original Condition, B) Securing The Construction Site, C) Execution Of Earthworks Including Removal And Disposal, D) Delivery And Installation Of Outdoor Gym Equipment:• Outdoor Gym Equipment - 17 Pieces,• Bench - 2 Pieces,• Waste Bin - 1 Piece,• Board With Regulations - 1 Piece) Construction Of A Foundation For Safe Surfaces In The Surroundings With Concrete Edges, F) Construction Of A Safe Surface Under The Devices, G) Certification Of The Outdoor Gym By External Units Accredited By The Polish Center For Accreditation Or A Recognized Certification Body In The Scope Of: • Compliance With The Standard - Assessment Of Compliance Of Installation And Devices With The Requirements Of The Pn-En 16630 Standard, • Safety Zones - Verification Of The Correctness Of Designation And Maintenance Of Zones Impact And Free Space Of The Devices.• Foundations - Checking The Correctness Of The Devices Foundation, Including The Depth And Stability Of The Foundations In Accordance With The Manufacturers Guidelines,• Safe Surface - Testing The Thickness, Continuity And Shock-Absorbing Properties Of The Surface Used Under The Devices,• Finishing - Assessment Of The Absence Of Sharp Edges, Jamming (Head, Fingers, Clothing) And The Correctness Of Screw Connections. If An External Inspector Shows Any Discrepancies Or Defects In The Inspection Report As-Built/Post-Assembly, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Them At His Own Expense And To Re-Conduct The Post-Construction/Post-Assembly Inspection At His Own Expense.H) Restoration Of Damaged Or Devastated Paved Surfaces And Green Areas To Their Original Condition After Construction Works, I) Cleaning Up The Area After Construction Works, J) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Two Copies, Including, Among Others: • Surveying Documentation As-Built,• Statements Of The Construction Manager,• Certificate Of The Outdoor Gym,• Archaeological Supervision Report,• Reports On Tests And Measurements Carried Out During The Works,• Approvals And Certificates Of Built-In Materials,• Other Documents Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit.1.2.
