The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting Of: 1. Disassembly Of Levels And Risers Of Cold And Hot Utility Water And Circulation Installations;2. Installation Of New Levels Of Hot, Cold Water And Circulation Installations (Following The Trace Of The Dismantled Installation);3. Installation Of Levels Of A New Hot Water Installation Made Of Pn20 Pipes Stabilized With A Perforated Aluminum Insert (Stabi-Glas Insert Allowed) In Pe Foam Insulation Of Appropriate Thickness;4. Equipping The Hot Water Installation With Ball Valves;5. Equipping The Hot Water Circulation System With Thermostatic Control Valves;6. Construction Of A New Cold Water Installation Using Pipes And Fittings Made Of Type 3 Polypropylene (Pp-R Type 3);8. Equipping The Cold Water Installation With Ball Valves And An Anti-Contamination Valve;9. Insulating The Cold Water Installation With A Thermal Insulation Layer That Does Not Spread Fire; 10. Flushing The Installation With Water Until A Positive Bacteriological Test Result Is Obtained; 11. Disinfecting New Installations; 12. Securing Installation Penetrations In Fire Protection Elements With Seals; 13. Carrying Out Pressure Tests For The Tightness Of New Installations; 14. The Contractor Will Present A Preliminary Schedule To The Ordering Party Within 5 Days Of Signing The Contract. Performance Of Works, Taking Into Account Their Completion Date. All Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With: - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, - Bid Cost Estimates, - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works;
