Tenders Are Invited For Catering Service During Training Organized As Part Of The Energy Consulting Project

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service During Training Sessions Addressed To Employees Of Local Government Units, Carried Out As Part Of The Advisory Activities Of The Project Entitled Energy Consulting Project.2. Scope Of The Order:1) Number Of Training: 2 - The Training Will Last 3 (Three) Days - Without Overnight Stay; - The Training Will Be Spread Over Time: • The First Two Days - Day By Day, I.E. November 16-17, 2026, For Both Trainings, • The Third Day After 2 Weeks, I.E. November 30, 2026, For Both Trainings. Total: Number Of Training Days For Which Catering Service: 6.2) Number Of Participants: 240 People, Including: - For Each Day Of Training Organized In Warsaw And Radom - Max. 40 People.3) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Order During Each Training (Up To 30% Of The Declared Number Of Participants On A Given Day). The Final Number Of Participants In Individual Training Courses Will Be Notified To The Contractor 5 Business Days Before The Start Of Each Training.4) Trainings Will Be Organized In: A) Warsaw - Conference Room At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, Ul. Ogrodowa 5/7, 00-893 Warszawa;B) Radom – Conference Room, Ul. 25 Czerwca 68, 26-600 Radom (Building Of The Regional Directorate Of State Forests In Radom).
