The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction, Expansion And Superstructure Of The Primary School Building In Miedniewice Along With The Construction Of Two Underground Tanks For Liquid Waste With A Capacity Of 10 M3 Each. The Investment Is Located On Plot Registration Number 1564, Miedniewice. The Scope Of Work Will Increase The Usable Space Of The School. A Building Is Planned For 140 Students. New Classrooms And Rooms For Teachers And Therapists Will Be Allocated. New Hygiene And Sanitary Rooms Will Be Built. Adjacent To The Gymnasium, Located In The Expanded Part Of The School, Will Be Cloakroom Facilities And A Sports Equipment Warehouse. Dining Rooms Are Being Designed For Eating Meals Brought To The School By External Companies. An Internal Gas Installation Will Be Installed As Part Of A Separate Investment. The Boiler Room Will Be Equipped With Two Gas Boilers With A Capacity Of 55 Kw Each And One Pellet Boiler With A Capacity Of 50 Kw. As Part Of The Construction Works, The Existing School Building Will Be Rebuilt. The Layout Of The Rooms Inside Will Change, And Hygiene And Sanitary Rooms Will Be Separated Again. The Vertical Circulation System Will Be Rebuilt By Moving The Location Of The Staircase And Supplementing It With An Access Platform. Changing The Location Of The Staircase Will Allow For Unblocking Horizontal Circulation In The Building. Due To The Differences In Levels, Internal Ramps Are Also Designed. Due To The Raised Floor In Some Rooms, A Superstructure Of The Existing Part Of The School Is Planned. The Existing Layers Of The Roof Will Be Dismantled And Replaced With A Flat Roof On A Higher Level. In The Expanded Part, A Gymnasium With Facilities, Classrooms And Dining Rooms With A Kitchen Switchboard Are Planned. Due To The Differences In Levels In The School, Part Of The Area Around The School Will Be Leveled To Level It With The Floor In The Gymnasium. The Facades Of The Building Will Be Covered With White And Green Facade Plaster In Accordance With The Elevation Drawings.
