1. The Section Of The Road Undergoing Reconstruction Starts From The Intersection With District Road No. 2535D (Kargula And Pawlaka Streets In Lubomierz) And Ends At The Entrance To The Forest. The Road Section Runs Partly In Built-Up Areas And Along The Recreational Area And Sports Stadium, And Further Serves As An Access Road To The Foresters Lodge. There Are Few Exits And Intersections With Internal Roads Along The Road. The Road On The Section From The Intersection With Kargula And Pawlaka Streets To The Exit To The Pitch Has A Bituminous Surface Limited By Curbs Ranging From 5.0 To 5.7 Meters Wide. The Remaining Section Of The Road Has A Gravel Surface Approximately 3.5 Meters Wide. The Street Does Not Have Sidewalks, Only Fragmentary Roadside Reinforcements In The Form Of Surfaces Made Of Concrete Slabs. The Following Networks Are Located Along The Road: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Drainage, Overhead Electricity, Lighting And Telecommunications. The Terrain Elevations Run From The Level Of 351.2 M Above Sea Level. Up To 357.1 M Above Sea Level Drainage Of The Road Lane Is Carried Out On The Surface Through Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes Of The Road To The Existing Storm Drains And To The Adjacent Areas. The Area Where The Road Reconstruction Is Planned Is Located In The Town Of Lubomierz, In The Area Covered By Resolution No. Xxxi/199/21 Of The City Council Of The Lubomierz Commune Of April 29, 2021 On The Adoption Of The Local Development Plan For Part Of The Town Of Lubomierz. The Designed Section Of The Road Lies Within The Ow Archaeological Observation Zone And Partially Lies Within The B Zone Of The Historical Rural System And The E Exposure Protection Zone For The City Of Lubomierz, But Outside The A Zone Of Strict Conservation Protection.2. The Road Renovation Was Designed To Adapt The Road Route To The Existing Width Of The Road And In Height To The Grade Of The Existing Road And The Adjacent Area. The Road Route Runs Within The Right-Of-Way, Horizontal Curves Have Radii From 40 To 150 Meters. The Surface Structure Is Intended To Ensure Trouble-Free And Long-Term Operation. The Adopted Parameters Meet The Conditions For A Class D Road Assuming A Design Speed Of 30 Km/H.3.2. In Connection With The Reconstruction Of The Road, It Is Planned To Install Road Signs With Posts And Construct Pedestrian Crossings With Thick-Layer Horizontal Markings. Additionally, It Is Planned To Renew The Paint Coatings Of The Exist
