Construction Of The Surface With 6 Cm Thick Concrete Paving Stones On A Cement-Sand Topping, Gray Cubes With An Area Of 5.10 M2, Concrete Edges, Dimensions. 20X6 Cm On A Sand Bed With Joints Filled With Sand.3. Playground Equipment: Delivery And Assembly Of The Following Elements: Play Set, Climbing Rock, Bench With Backrest - 1 Pc, Waste Bin - 1 Pc, Information Board - 1 Pc. All Devices Must Comply With The Description Specified In Stwior, Made Of Materials Approved For Trading In Poland And The European Union, Must Have A Certificate Issued By An Accredited Body (Independent Certification Body), Confirming Compliance Of The Offered Device With The Requirements Of The Relevant Standards With Pn-En 1176 Series, To The Extent Applicable To The Offered Device. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Certificates No Later Than Before Final Acceptance. The Ordering Party Allows Obtaining Post-Assembly Certificates For The Playground Equipment And Delivering Them No Later Than Before The Final Acceptance. 1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Made Based On The Land Development Design Together With The Description Constituting Annexes To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And The Development Project With A Description. Note: The Development Project Covers A Broader Scope Than The Subject Of This Procedure. The Ordering Party Indicated In The Development Design The Elements That Are Not Covered By This Procedure, I.E. Delivery And Assembly Of A Multi-Person Swing, A Sail Roof, Benches - 2 Pieces And A Waste Bin - 2 Pieces. The Ordering Party Stipulates That At The Stage Of Order Execution, Only Those Devices Delivered To The Playground That Will Fully Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documentation Will Be Collected From The Contractor.
