The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Required By The Ordering Party. If Equipment Is Offered That Does Not Meet The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility And Quality Parameters Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected. 3.6. Required Warranty Period: The Minimum Required Basic Warranty Period For A Complete Vehicle Is 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period For Defects In The Delivered Vehicle Will Be Equal To The Basic Warranty Period Offered By The Contractor. Offering A Basic Warranty Period Longer Than The Required 36 Months Is Subject To Evaluation Under The Offer Evaluation Criterion Extended Basic Warranty Period For A Complete Vehicle, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Chapter 15 Of The Tor.
