The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation (Including Obtaining The Necessary Approvals And Administrative Decisions) Along With The Authors Supervision During The Task Implementation Period And The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Task Of Expansion Of The Municipal Cemetery In Środa Śląska, In The Area Covering Plot No. 6/11 Am-9, Precinct 6, City Of Środa Śląska, Located At Ul. Zaciszna / Wierzbowa / Łąkowa. Plot No. 6/11 In Accordance With The Local Development Plan Of The City Of Środa Śląska Within The Geodetic Area Adopted By The Resolution Of The City Council In Środa Śląska No. Xxxix/321/17 Of February 15, 2017 (Journal Of Laws Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship Of 2017, Item 1063) Is Located In The Service Development Areas [U18 And U19], Landscaped Green Areas [Zp25] And Cemeteries [Zc1], Within The Ow Archaeological Protection Zone And The Sanitary Protection Zone Around The Cemetery. The Order Also Includes The Construction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In The Road Lanes Adjacent To The Plot In Question. The Contractor Is Responsible For Achieving The Final Result In The Form Of Building The Facility (In Accordance With The Terms Of The Order). The Scope Of The Order Includes The Design Of The Cemetery Divided Into Sections (Burial Fields According To The Cemetery Layout Plan) And The Implementation Of Construction Works - Design And Build Formula. Preparation Of The Cemetery Arrangement Plan Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, Subject To Acceptance By The Ordering Party. As An Example Of A Cemetery Expansion Model, The Ordering Party Provides For Viewing The Documentation For The Expansion Of The Municipal Cemetery In Środa Śląska Prepared In October 2002.
