The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service, I.E. The Order Includes: Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Three Meals A Day To Children (I.E. Breakfasts, Lunches, Afternoon Snacks With Drinks) In The Period From September 1, 2026 To August 31, 2027. Caloric Value Of Meals: 1,200-1,450 Kcal. Meals Will Be Delivered And Served From Monday To Friday From: 8.30 A.M. To 9.30 A.M. Breakfast; 11.30 – 13.00 Lunch And Afternoon Tea. Delivery Of The Meal To The Kindergarten: Up To 10 Minutes Before Serving. The Expected Number Of Breakfasts For The Next Day Will Be Served Until 12.00 On The Current Day, While Information About The Expected Number Of Lunches And Afternoon Snacks For A Given Day Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party By Phone On The Same Day No Later Than 9.00. A Person Designated By The Kindergarten Director Will Provide The Catering Company With Information About The Number Of Meals Planned For A Given Day. Modification Of Delivery Times Is Allowed After Consultation With The Kindergarten Director Or An Employee Designated By The Director. The Ordering Party Specifies The Maximum Size Of The Subject Of The Order During The Contract Period, I.E. From September 1, 2026 To August 31, 2027, For 254 Days, I.E. 19,050 Breakfasts, 19,050 Two-Course Lunches, 19,050 Afternoon Teas.
