Tenders Are Invited For Providing Training And Consulting Services For Pupils And Staff Of Care And Educational Facilities

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Training And Consultation Service For Pupils And Staff Of Socialization-Type Care And Educational Facilities (Pow) In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The Project Is Implemented By The Regional Center For Social Policy In Krakow As Part Of Its Own Activities.2. Scope Of The Service: 1) Conducting A Diagnosis Of Resources, Deficits And Needs In Terms Of Workshop Support Offered In The Project Using Diagnostic Tools. 2) Conducting A Talent Test According To Gallup With Pow Students (Strengths Explorer Study) Together With A Discussion Of The Results. The Above Services Will Be Provided For A Maximum Of 12 Pow Pupils Located In A Maximum Of 3 Districts Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship3) Conducting Workshops For Pow Pupils: • Social Skills Training (Tus) - A 14-Hour Series Of Classes (7 Sessions X 2 Teaching Hours). Total Amount Of Support: Maximum 42 Teaching Hours (3 Pow × 14 Hours). • Aggression Replacement Training (Tza) - A 30-Hour Series Of Classes (15 Sessions X 2 Teaching Hours). Total Amount Of Support: Maximum 90 Teaching Hours (3 Pow X 30 H).• Self-Confidence And Self-Presentation Training - 14-Hour Series Of Classes (7 Sessions X 2 Teaching Hours). Total Amount Of Support: Maximum 42 Teaching Hours (3 Pow X 14 H).4) Conducting 3 Training Sessions For Pow Staff, Each Lasting 8 Hours. Didactic, 24 Hours In Total Didactic. All Training Will Be Conducted Online:• Empowering Students Of Care And Educational Institutions - Theory And Practice - 8 Teaching Hours,• Mindfulness And Creative Activities In Working With Pupils - Practical Tools For Regulating Emotions And Building Relationships - 8 Teaching Hours,• Preventing Stress And Burnout - 8 Teaching Hours.3. Participants: 1) Pupils Of Socialization-Type Care And Educational Institutions, Aged 12-15 (6-8 Grades Of Primary School), Facing The Choice Of Education At The Secondary School Level (Selection Of School, Class Profile Or Profession), A Maximum Of 12 Pupils In Total From All Institutions; 2) Staff Of Care And Educational Institutions, Including Persons Acting As Guardians Of Independence.
