The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of 5 Power Generators As Part Of The Task Purchase Of Equipment To Carry Out Olioc Tasks And Purchase Of A Transport Trailer As Part Of The Task Purchase Of Accessories For Vehicles Used For Olioc Tasks2. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Following Equipment: 1) 5 Pieces Of Power Generators - Including: • Delivery Of 4 Pieces Of Power Generators With Transport Trailers • 1 Piece Of Mobile Inverter Power Generator2. Delivery Of 1 Piece Of Transport Trailer (For Transporting A Power Generator), Brand New, Complete, Free From Defects, Manufactured In 2026 And Meeting The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations Regarding Admission To Road Traffic. The Equipment Should Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law And Do Not Require Any Additional Expenditure And Be Ready For Work. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver And Unload The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Commune. Mykanów. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct Training In The Basic Operation Of The Machine. The Contractor Must Confirm Compliance With The Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters By Completing Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Which Is An Attachment To The Offer; The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Ordering Partys Requirements Contained In The Order Documents And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, In Particular With Due Care, Safety, Good Quality, Proper Organization And The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Should Be Brand New, Unused, First Quality, Complete, Fully Functional, Free From Material And Manufacturing Defects And Meet The Quality Requirements Specified By The Manufacturer Of The Given Product And The Ordering Party, As Well As Guarantee Safety, Functionality And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use.
