The Client Wishes To Conclude A Separate Contract Per Organization With One (1) Supplier For The Purchase Of Ict Hardware, Including Associated Services. The Aim Is To Provide The Client With The Required Ict Hardware, Including Associated Services, Through One Supplier During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, Based On Current Needs. The Client Wishes To Contract A Contractor Who Is Brand Independent And Is Able To Offer A Wide Range Of Ict Hardware, Peripheral Equipment And Supplies (Hereinafter Jointly Referred To As: Ict Hardware). The Client Considers It Important That It Can “Choose” Its Ict Hardware Itself Based On The Requirements Laid Down In This Tender. This Means That The Contractor Offers Multiple Ict Hardware Products Depending On The Set Functionalities And Requirements And That The Client Then Makes A Choice In The Ict Hardware Product To Be Purchased. Indicative Numbers Are Stated In Paragraph 2.1.2 Of The Tender Document And The Tender Form.
