Bids Are Invited For Goldstream Office Replacement Design-Build

The Ministry Of Environment And Parks, Bc Parks, Is Seeking An Integrated Design-Build Team To Complete The Design And Construction Of The Goldstream Office Replacement Project At Goldstream Provincial Park.The Project Will Replace The Existing Malahat Building With An Approximately 600 M² Office Facility For Approximately 35 Bc Parks And Conservation Officer Service Staff. The Work Includes Multidisciplinary Design, Required Site Investigations And Permitting, Demolition, Construction, Servicing, Commissioning, Training, Handover, And Coordination Within An Active Park Operations Compound.The Provinces Priorities Are Durability, Quality, Lifecycle Performance, Operational Reliability, Public And Project Safety, And Cost Certainty. The Completed Facility Must Achieve A Minimum 50-Year Service Life.
