(The “Service Provider”) For The Following:Lonzo Forcemain Emergency Repairbackgroundthe Lonzo Fm Is A Critical Sewer Pump Station That Serves A Significant Area Of The City. Flow From The Station Is Conveyed By 2 – 300Mm Forcemains That Run Through An Un-Opened Road Right Of Way Between Marshall Road And South Fraser Way. During The Summer Months (Low Flows) The Pump Station Can Operate With Only 1 Forcemain In Service, But During The Winter (October – May), The Higher Flows Require Both Forcemains To Be In Service. The City Was Informed Of A Leak In The Fm In Late May Behind The Private Retaining Wall That Crosses The Right Of Way. Field Investigation Was Not Able To Locate The Source Of The Leak.
