Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Kitchen Equipment And Appliances Under Specific Items - Framework Agreements

Open Procedure For The Award Of A Public Contract On The Basis Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 And Para. 2, Art. 73, Para. 1 And Chapter Ten, Section I Of The Public Procurement Law (Ppl). The Purpose Of The Procedure Is To Conclude Framework Agreements For Each Specific Position With One Contractor And Determine All The Conditions Therein, Without Subsequently Conducting An Internally Competitive Selection. Each Participant Has The Right To Submit An Offer For One, For More Than One Or For All Individual Positions Under This Order. After The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreements, The Contracting Authority Will Make Written Requests To The Selected Contractor For The Conclusion Of Separate Contracts For The Acquisition Of Kitchen Equipment And Machinery.
